Instead of color themes, I would love access to a wider range of colors at all times (or an option to create your own theme based on individuals preferences). Many of the themes (unless it is an excessively bright or neon option) have multiple shades of one color, which makes events less distinctive.

The SuperShift app has the best colour customisation. They also have simple icons too which helps to associate colours with tasks. Something similar to this would be amazing!

In case it helps, for the time being it's also possible to choose different colors from different themes (though of course it isn't as convenient)

I have done this by adjusting the colors of my calendars in the Calendar app.
