Manually set the darkest part of the circle to reflect when you’re usually asleep (currently permanently set to be midnight to 6am)

I think the sunrise/sunset idea would be best for this. I don’t sleep when the wheel is dark, but knowing how much daylight I have left is super handy.

As a shift worker and student with ADHD my sleeping pattern is whacked so a change this simple would make a serious difference to planning a productive day/night schedule

I would find this feature beneficial because I am a nurse with ADHD and work all different shifts. This would be really beneficial when I work nights because I have a hard time understanding how long I should sleep to get a full rest, and then when I’m awake it’s hard to be productive especially when you wake up and it’s already dark. It’s very easy to loose track of time.

As a gig worker who has trouble with scheduling sleep times due to irregularity it would really help to not only allow the user to set it overall, but to be able to shift it day-to-day…this would GREATLY help me to make sure I’m remembering to schedule adequate sleep time.
