Display the photo attached to an event (see comments)

Hi,

When it comes to ADHD, I think it's important for us to have visual cues. I mean, texts look all the same and boring.
So could you display the photo attached to an event inline, along with other event details? Is it even possible?

Best,

Vinh

Do you mean an emoji or a little icon or a photo/illustration? All depends on how much space it might take up, of course. I know what you mean about visual cues, it's all about balancing those cues with visual clutter. One way to experiment with whether this would work in practice is to put emojis into your event titles and see if that makes things better or worse :)

I have experimented a few options and emojis, or app-provided icons are not customizable enough for me. I would be glad if I could see the photo of my choice attached to my event, like I could in Apple Reminders app. That really has enhanced my attention, and therefore, productivity.

Aren't those photos in Reminders a bit too small? Or do you just want an image that you can then tap to enlarge?

No, I don't find it nice to use Apple Reminders. Pical is event-focused and better in many ways. So I just wish it could have useful features from other similar apps.

What I meant was that Apple reminders lets you add a photo to a task, but it shows up as a tiny thumbnail where you can barely see what it is. When I look at our UI, I'm trying to picture where a photo would go so it would be more useful than that. I assume it should be constantly visible. But that takes up a lot of space.
